The TV will need a RESET - this will clear out any of the memory that may be filled or not cleared out properly. 

Once the RESET is Done then simply do a TV Tune and you will be fine.

The most common issue is that the TV has the Bluetooth Turned ON and is locked onto an Audio device. The TV will not put any sound through the speakers as the Bluetooth will get priority.

There are two ways to check this:

You can insert a set of 3.5mm headphones into the headphone jack of the TV and if there is sound coming out then it is definitely set to Bluetooth and you need to disconnect the Bluetooth device in the TV.

Secondly simply go to your Bluetooth settings and disconnect any device connected to Bluetooth – simply follow these instructions.
